Government Requirements for Gift Aid Eligibility

To qualify for Gift Aid, donors must be UK taxpayers and confirm that they pay enough income/capital gains tax to cover the amount we will reclaim. We also need to collect the donor’s full name and address, and they must explicitly agree to Gift Aid. By doing so, you help us maximise your donation’s impact and ensure we meet HM Revenue & Customs’ requirements.
